The Sweater Weather urban forest is an art display and a fashion show. Each year, members of the community can show off their holiday cheer by knitting a sweater to adorn a tree in Howard Amon Park. Three awards are given to participants each year to recognize the best sweaters.

On a less celebratory note, the Minion sweater was stolen from the Howard Amon Park. Anyone who has information regarding the stolen tree sweater or has seen any suspicious activity is asked to call the Richland Police Department non-emergency line at 509-628-0333.
