Mid-Columbia Libraries board schedules special meeting

Mid-Columbia Libraries’ board will have a special public meeting on Thursday to consider three resolutions concerning its 2016 budget.

The meeting is at 1:15 p.m. and will be at the Keewaydin Park branch at 405 S. Dayton St. in Kennewick.
