New District Court judge sworn in

Steve Osborne puts on his new robe Thursday with help from his wife Karen.

He was sworn in as Benton County District Court’s newest judge during a ceremony at the Benton County Justice Center in Kennewick.

Osborne, a longtime Kennewick lawyer, replaces retired Judge Bob Ingvalson and will run for election next May.
