Richland beauty school to offer free haircuts, food

Paul Mitchell the School in Richland plans to give back to the Tri-City community by providing free services to those in need from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 13 at 71 Gage Blvd., Richland.

Staff will offer free shampoos, haircuts, styles and makeup applications. Guests can enjoy soup and drinks, and may receive an assortment of winter items, such as socks, blankets, personal items, donated by staff and members of the community.
