Local real estate firm collecting food for Second Harvest

Distinctive Properties Inc., a locally owned real estate company, is collecting donations of nonperishable food items to be given to Second Harvest to support local families in need.

Donations of canned goods and other nonperishables will be accepted from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. The food drive ends Dec. 15.

Distinctive Properties is at 8022 W. Grandridge Blvd. in Kennewick.
