Downtown Pasco Development Authority board special meeting, 4 p.m., 403 W. Lewis St.., Suite A: executive session to discuss the performance of a public employee; take action in open meeting to hire, set salary, discharge or discipline a public employee; and approve a resolution providing the president to establish a checking account.

Prosser School Board, 4:30 p.m., district offices, 1126 Meade Ave. Suite A: special meeting to approve vouchers and payroll.

Pasco City Council, 7 p.m., city hall, 525 N. Third Ave.: discuss the 2016 legislative priorities, the ambulance utility cost of service and rate study, utility rate adjustments and connection fees, revenue bonds for waterworks utility, regulation of hotels and rooming houses, and consent to transfer the TV franchise agreement.

Benton PUD Commission, 9 a.m., 2721 W. 10th Ave., Kennewick: Washington auditor’s entrance conference, conservation budget plan, financial forecast presentation and payment approval for New Tradition Homes payment approval.

Pasco School Board, 4:30 p.m. (study session) 6:30 p.m. (regular meeting), district offices, 1215 W. Lewis St.: review of school improvement plans and SBAC test data during study session, swearing in of new board member Aaron Richardson, election of board officers, teacher-principal evaluation implementation update, resolutions on 2015 portables project and completion of Marie Curie STEM Elementary School.

Kennewick City Council, 6:30 p.m., 210 W. Sixth Ave.: special meeting to consider 2016 property tax levy, followed by workshop discussion with social media policy and facilities update.
