Woman injured in rollover crash on Highway 240

A Richland woman was injured Saturday evening after her vehicle rolled while driving on Highway 240 just east of Aaron Drive.

Angela R. Herron, 46, was eastbound on the highway just before 8 p.m. when she failed to negotiate a curve, causing the Honda Passport she was driving to leave the roadway and roll, a release from the Washington State Patrol said.

Herron was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, and her status was not immediately known.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation, the patrol said.
