WSP swears in 2 Benton County men
Two Benton County men were sworn in Thursday at the State Capitol in Olympia as Washington State Patrol troopers.
Nicholas J. Allen of Benton City will work out of District 7 in Monroe, according to a news release. Matthew S. Parham of Kennewick will work in District 8 in Port Townsend.
They were among 25 troopers sworn in by state Supreme Court Chief Justice Charles W. Johnson. They were presented commission cards by Gov. Jay Inslee and WSP Chief John R. Batiste.
