Food drive planned at Richland restaurants

Green Dot Sub Shop, Greek Islands restaurant and other businesses are teaming up to collect canned and other nonperishable food items.

The event is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 20 in the Albertsons shopping center parking lot between Green Dot and Edward Jones at Gage Boulevard and Keene Road in Richland. Green Dot is offering discounts on subs for people who bring in four or more cans of food.
