Kennewick railroad bridge repairs
Workers on a tug and barge use a boom lift Thursday to upgrade the electrical system on the BNSF bridge over the Columbia River in Kennewick.
The upgrades are part of the $550 million the railway has spent on rail system improvements in Washington state, said BNSF spokesman Gus Melonas.
