Registration underway for sewing workshops

Experienced and amateur sewers may register for the Clothing and Textile Advisors’ sewing project workshops on Nov. 19 and 21.

Learn to make an infinity scarf from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Nov. 19 and 9:30 a.m. to noon Nov. 21 at the WSU Benton County Extension office, 5600-E W. Canal Drive in Kennewick.

Participants should bring a sewing machine, as the group has a limited supply. Participants also must supply their own fabric and thread.

Classes are free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required. To learn more or to register, call 509-545-3511.
