An open house commemorating the 50th anniversary of the U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building in Richland is 3 to 5 p.m. Nov. 19.

Judges will speak at 3 p.m. Visitors may tour various parts of the courthouse, located at 825 Jadwin Ave., and then enjoy a cookie reception.
