51 new citizens naturalized in Richland Tuesday
Deborah Robichaud-Bourque of Kennewick leads a group of new citizens in the Pledge of Allegiance during Tuesday’s naturalization ceremony at the Federal Building in Richland.
Robichaud-Bourque was one of 51 new citizens from 11 countries to receive their U.S. citizenship.
The event was part of this month’s 50th anniversary celebration of the U.S. Courthouse & Federal Building.
