Hemp and Health Expo arrives in Pasco on Nov. 14
A Hemp and Health Expo is planned Nov. 14 in Pasco to promote alternative medicines and holistic health.
The event will highlight cannabis businesses alongside health-related businesses in an effort to change the way people view cannabis and help break the stigma surrounding the plant.
Industry professionals will lead a variety of seminars throughout the day to help educate people on various cannabis-related topics, including a talk on the benefits of medical cannabis and a local mother sharing her story on how cannabis saved her family when they decided to treat their autistic son with cannabis.
The expo is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the TRAC facility, 6600 Burden Blvd. in Pasco. Admission is $10, and admission to the expo and seminars is $15. Tickets are available at Kennewick Ranch and Home, Pasco Red Lion Hotel, www.traconline.com, or at the TRAC box office the day of the event.
Guests must be 21 or older.
