Herald makeover coming Wednesday
Beginning Wednesday, we’re giving the newspaper and our website a makeover — with you in mind.
We’re changing the Tri-City Herald’s front-page design in response to reader requests to provide a better guide to content throughout the paper. The front page will focus on the major stories of the day, add more photos and highlight stories in other sections so you won’t miss them.
You’ll see a more colorful and bold design throughout the paper which will make the pages easy to read.
The sections will remain the same and your favorite features will be in the places you’re already used to.
Our digital products also are getting a new look that reflects the needs of today’s busy readers. You’ll find quick summaries of key points, stand-out details and quotes that capture your attention and elements that offer more information.
These improvements are based on the ever-changing habits of our readers. How you get news and information has changed dramatically in recent years.
What’s not changing is our commitment to work hard to be your trusted source of news and information.
Let us know Wednesday what you think of our updated look.
