Filing closes at 5 p.m. today for two seats up for election on the Kennewick Irrigation District board.

The terms for Patrick McGuire, Position 2, and Gene Huffman, Position 5, are expiring.

Those interested in running can download the filing packet at http://kid.org/about-kid/election.

Ten valid signatures of KID customers eligible to vote in the Dec. 8 election are required. Terms are for three years.
