Outlook for Tri-City trick or treaters: wet and windy
Little spidermen and princesses who trick or treat door to door may have a rough night in the Tri-Cities.
The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for gusts of up to 50 mph until 7 p.m. on Halloween. Sustained speeds of 34 mph are expected.
The night may continue to be windy after 7 p.m. with wind speed dropping to 14 to 18 mph after midnight.
An 80 percent chance of rain is predicted from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The chance of rain will be 50 percent from 5 to 10 p.m. in the Tri-Cities.
