Fast-moving, low-flying clouds zip past the power-producing winds turbines Thursday on the hills south of Olympia Street in Kennewick.

Weather forecasters are predicting a change in weather for the Mid-Columbia over the next few days.

They say mostly cloudy skies, windy conditions and chances for rain are predicted through the weekend.
