Students collecting socks for Tri-City Union Gospel Mission

The leadership students of Mid-Columbia Partnership are collecting new, unused pairs of socks to be donated to the Tri-City Union Gospel Mission.

The “Socktober” sock drive was inspired by a series of Kid President online videos. Donations will be given to the Union Gospel Mission to distribute among the local homeless.

The last day to donate is Oct. 29. Sock donations can be dropped off at Mid-Columbia Partnership, 201 S. Garfield St. in Kennewick. To learn more, go to schools.ksd.org/mcp.
