Dog Halloween costume parade is Oct. 24 in Richland

Dog owners and their canine companions are invited to the Pooch Costume Parade from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 24 at the Richland Community Center, 500 Amon Park Drive in Richland.

Dogs and humans alike can wear their Halloween costumes and participate in the parade. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative dog costume and human costume.

The entry fee is a bag of dog food, which will be donated to pets in need. Pets must be on a leash at all times.
