Retirees group to honor veterans

The Benton Franklin School Retirees’ Association will meet at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 19 at the Country Gentleman, 9221 W. Clearwater Ave. in Kennewick to provide a tribute to the United States Armed Forces.

The Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Coast Guard will each be represented and celebrated. Ginger Emerson will be the keynote speaker.

Admission is $14. All veterans are welcome to attend. RSVP to 509-521-4124.
