Highway 240 ramp at Columbia Center Boulevard to close for maintenance

The on-ramp from southbound Columbia Center Boulevard to Highway 240 east in Kennewick will be closed from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 13.

State Department of Transportation maintenance crews are filling cracks in the road with tar to prevent deterioration, spokeswoman Summer Derrey said. No other ramps at the interchange are expected to be affected.

Drivers are asked to find another route.
