Richland crash injures Moses Lake man

A Moses Lake man was injured Monday in a two-car crash on Highway 240 in Richland.

Ricardo P. Hernandez, 19, was driving a Chrysler town car east on the highway near Columbia Center Boulevard when the vehicle was struck by a Hyundai Sonata, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Hernandez was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland following the crash about 1:40 p.m.

The driver of the Hyundai, Courtney A. Stone, 20, of Kennewick, was cited for following too close, troopers said. Neither Stone nor her two passengers were hurt.
