Kadlec Regional Medical Center employees Dave Lily, left, and David Mazza hoist a Breast Cancer Awareness flag, sewn by Kadlec volunteer Jan Jacobs, into place Thursday above the Richland hospital campus.

It’s the 12th consecutive year for the flag to fly at the facility during the month of October to raise awareness about breast cancer and its treatment.
