Areas of blowing dust are possible Saturday in the Tri-Cities, according to the National Weather Service.
It is predicting light winds of 8 to 11 mph Friday, building to sustained speeds of 15 to 20 mph Saturday. Areas of blowing dust are most likely after 11 a.m. Saturday until 11 p.m.
Dry weather is forecast for the next week, other than a 20 percent chance of showers Friday night.
Highs should be in the mid 70s Friday through the weekend, with highs a few degrees warmer through the coming work week. Lows should be in the upper 40s to low 50s.
