Kennewick woman honored with state award

A child passenger safety technician from the Tri-Cities is being honored with a state award.

Casey Leach of Kennewick was recently named the Outstanding Technician by the Washington Traffic Safety Commission. She was one of six people across the state to win an award.

Leach was recognized as part of Child Passenger Safety Week, which was Sept. 13-19.
