Inattention was blamed for a Saturday morning motorcycle crash that injured two Pasco residents six miles east of Pomeroy, the State Patrol said.
Alva D. Moffatt, 36, drove off Highway 12 while heading east, striking an embankment just before 10 a.m., State Patrol said. He was taken by ambulance to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, where passenger Amanda K. Moffatt, 36, was also taken.
Alva Moffatt was cited for “wheels off the roadway,” State Patrol said. The 2012 Yamaha XVS13C motorcycle he was driving was totaled.
