Volunteers needed for help planting Sept. 26 at McNary refuge
The public is invited to help plant native species Sept. 26 with The Friends of Mid-Columbia River National Wildlife Refuges at McNary National Wildlife Refuge.
Planting will be done from 9 a.m. to noon in observance of National Public Lands Day. Participants should bring trowels and gloves.
The refuge is at 64 Maple Street in Burbank.
