West Richland woman in crash north of Pasco
A West Richland woman was injured Friday evening after swerving to avoid a potato truck in Franklin County, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Pamela Byrd, 59, was driving a Toyota Avalon south on Highway 395 about four miles north of Pasco at 6:10 p.m. Friday. She swerved to avoid a potato truck crossing Highway 395 on Vineyard Drive, leaving the highway and hitting a stop sign, according to the state patrol.
She was taken to Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco.
