Horse sculptures watch over gateway to Kennewick

Artists Jeff and Bonnie Goldsbury donated the artwork, materials and labor for the three horse statues by the Welcome to Kennewick sign near Highway 395.

The horses are meant to represent the Horse Heaven Hills. Lighting and the words “and Carousel of Dreams” will be added to the sign.

Additional materials were donated by Ken Johanning and American Rock of Richland.
