Pasco parks trip includes beading class and tour

Pasco parks department is sponsoring a trip to Shipwreck Beads.

Participants can take a jewelry design class and tour Shipwreck Beads in Lacey, which has a large selection of beads. Cost for the trip and class is $97.

Participants will receive a free Shipwreck Beads catalog, a basic bead stringing demonstration and $15 off their first purchase.

The bus will leave for Lacey at 7 a.m. and return at 11 p.m. April 4.

The technique class is planned from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. April 2 at the Pasco Senior Center, 1315 N. Seventh Ave.
