Torsten Hallman, Uppsala, Sweden, won first place in the 250-cc Division in the 96-mile cross-country motorcycle race at Kiona, sponsored by the Hill and Gully Motorcycle Club. Hallman hopes to return to the Tri-Cities from Sweden next year to defend his title.
