PAGEANT: Kennewick's Renard crowns sister as Miss Washington Outstanding Teen

RENTON -- Nicole Renard, who won Miss Tri-Cities Outstanding Teen last year, has been crowned Miss Washington Outstanding Teen.

The 16-year-old was crowned by her sister, Victoria Renard, 18, who was the reigning winner of the pageant.

Renard advances to the national competition Aug. 18-20 in Orlando, Fla.
