Update: Power knocked out to hundreds of customers in Pasco

More than 800 Franklin PUD customers lost power Monday afternoon.

The outage was between North 24th Avenue and North 14th Avenue south of Highway 395 in Pasco, according to the public utility district.

As of 2:30 p.m. crews had been dispatched to restore power to 837 of the PUD’s 35,292 customers, and by 3 p.m. power had been restored.

Anyone still without power should call the PUD’s outage line at 509-542-5300.

No information on the cause of the outage was immediately available.
