Who’s playing at Benton Franklin Fair in 2025? See full concert lineup
Admission to the Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo includes access to the petting zoo, exhibits, vendors and entertainment options throughout the fairgrounds.
You can also catch concerts by country star Wynonna, rock band Daughtry and other big-name acts through the Hayden Homes Summer Concert Series at the ICCU Stage.
While concerts come with fair admission, you can buy tickets to get better seats and perks at most of the shows.
Here’s everything you need to know:
When is Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo in 2025? Where?
The Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo runs from Tuesday, Aug. 19, to Saturday, Aug. 23.
The fairgrounds are at 1500 South Oak St. in Kennewick.
The fairgrounds are open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to midnight on Saturday.

The Hayden Homes Summer Concert Series features live shows every night of the fair.
Gates to the ICCU Stage open at 7 p.m., and shows start around 7:45 p.m., according to fair organizers.

- Thursday, Aug. 21: Wynonna should this be
- Friday, Aug. 22: Smash Mouth and Sir Mix-A-Lot

Where can I sit for Summer Concert Series?
Want to see a concert at the Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo? You can try your luck in the general admission area without paying for an additional ticket.
There are limited bleachers available, and plenty of grass for sitting and standing on a first-come, first-served basis. A general admission beer garden will also be open.
Tickets for Reserved Seating cost $30 at the box office or $33 online.
The Reserved Seating section is split into three areas — A, B and C — that share a single entrance. There’s a connected bar, but no attached restrooms.
The Fan Zone section is closest to the stage. The standing-room-only space is meant for dancing and mingling. No chairs are allowed in this section.
The Fan Zone has its own entrance, bar and restrooms. Tickets are $40 at the box office or $44.25 online.
The VIP area is off by stage right, with a separate section of first-come, first-served seating. It has its own entrance, bar and a luxury bathroom trailer.
VIP tickets are $60 at the box office or $65.75 online. For all concerts, you can buy up to four tickets at a time.
Concert ticket holders still need to purchase fair admission separately. A concert ticket alone will not get you into the fairgrounds.
What Benton Franklin Fair concerts are sold out?
As of Monday, Aug. 18, select concert tickets were already sold out.
Although VIP seating for Jake Owen’s concert on Tuesday were sold out, limited Reserved Seating options were available in all three areas and Fan Zone tickets were still for sale.
VIP tickets for Daughtry’s show on Wednesday were also sold out.
Reserved Seating was sold out in A and C areas, with two accessible seats in area B still up for grabs. Fan Zone tickets were also available.
All ticket options for Wynonna’s Thursday concert sold out as of Thursday, Aug. 14.
Hoping to see Smash Mouth and Sir Mix-A-Lot in concert?
VIP tickets for Friday’s concert were sold out as of Monday, but you could still find seats in area B of the Reserved Seating section as well as the Fan Zone section.
Tickets were available for all three sections for Banda Carnaval‘s Saturday show.
What are fair ticket prices? Carnival wristband costs?
Tickets for the Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo cost $15 to $17.
Admission for youth ages 6 to 12 costs $5 at the box office and $6 online. Kids 5 and under get in free.
Tickets for seniors 65 and older cost $5 at the box office and $6 online.
Military services members can get in for $5 by purchasing tickets at the box office with military ID.
You can get season passes at the box office for $52 or online for $57.50. Season passes for youth and seniors cost $20 at the box office or $22.50 online.
All-day carnival ride wristbands cost $40 at Davis Shows Northwest ticket booths.
Each ride costs one ticket per person. Individual tickets cost $7, or you can purchase a pack of five for $30.
Are there discount days for fair admission?
On Wednesday, Aug. 20 — Kids Day — youth tickets cost just $2 apiece at the box office only.
Anyone employed by a school or college can get into the fair for free on Wednesday by bringing a school ID or pay stub in celebration of STCU School Employee Appreciation Day.
On Kids Day, you can buy one carnival wristband and get another one half-off.
On Thursday, Aug. 21, rides cost just $2 each from noon to 6 p.m.
How much is parking at the Benton Franklin fair?
You can purchase parking spots for $12 in person or $13.50 online.
To avoid parking fees and traffic, you can take a free shuttle through Ben Franklin Transit.
