Tri-Cities on a budget: We’re finding cheap eats and activities for $25 or less
Are you looking for budget-friendly fun in Tri-Cities?
A few months ago, the Tri-City Herald launched its On a Budget series to help you find affordable ways to explore the Tri-Cities community.
Once a month, I take a $25 budget and check out an eatery, activity or other attraction.
Afterward, I walk you through my experience and how I spent my budget, describing all of the options for folks with limited funds.
So far I’ve gone wine tasting at Prosser’s Vintners Village, attended a Dust Devils baseball game, had lunch at Summer’s Hub and sampled food, drinks and live music at a Live@5 event in Richland. Each had several options for visiting with $25 or less.
Now I need your help to decide which location I should visit next.
Should I check out a beloved local restaurant, a popular winery or an awesome event?
I’ll look at your suggestions and report back to you on what I’ve found, offering tips and tricks on how to get the most for your money.
