Low cost pet adoptions July 26 in Tri-Cities. See the cute profiles in advance
Meet and take home your next furry family member from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 26, at PetSmart in Kennewick.
Available pets include kittens and puppies, as well as adult cats and dogs of all sizes and ages.
The adoption event is part of PetSmart Charities National Adoption Week and organized by the Pasco nonprofit Pet Overpopulation Prevention (POPP) Tri-Cities.

Adoption fees are $50 for cats and $150 for dogs. Fees are discounted for the event at 6807 W. Canal Dr.
POPP Tri-Cities received a grant from PetSmart Charities to pay for 400 cats and dogs to get spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, microchips and food. The animals are currently in foster homes.
Adopted pets come with the following items:
Spay/neuter surgery
Vaccinations and intestinal worming
Flea and tick prevention
Rabies vaccine (3-4 months and older)
Microchip and registration
Reference material on pet care and training
Gift bag of goodies from various area businesses
