‘Ultimate throwback party.’ 1st bands announced for Tri-Cities 2025 fair

The Benton Franklin Fair plans the “ultimate throwback party” for its Friday night main stage entertainment.

With a nod to ’90s nostalgia, Smash Mouth and Sir Mix-A-Lot are the first featured performers to be announced for the 2025 event.

They will take the stage back to back on Friday, Aug. 22, as part of the Hayden Homes Summer Concert Series.

Grammy-winner Sir Mix-A-Lot behind the iconic hit Baby Got Back will kick off the night.

Then Smash Mouth takes the stage with their hits, including All Star, Walkin’ on the Sun, and Then the Morning Comes.

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 7, at 8 a.m.

Reserved seating options range from $30 to $60 and can only be purchased through the Benton Franklin Fair’s official website. Fans who buy directly from the fair avoid third-party resellers.
