$22M Highway 395 underpass in Kennewick now open for traffic

Traffic lines up in the construction zone on Ridgeline Drive to drive under Highway 395 in south Kennewick as crews put the finishing touches on the recently opened $22.5 million underpass interchange project.

Employees with Scarsella Brothers Contractors moved of tons of dirt for the project, which started in April 2021.
