Nominations are open through March 10 for 2023 Tri-Citian of the Year honors – the Mid-Columbia’s top civic honor.

The honoree will be announced at the 51st gala banquet April 27 at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick.

Tri-Citian of the Year recognizes the highest standards of community service, leadership and selfless acts to positively impact the community.

Recent winners include 2022’s honoree, Mark Brault, CEO of Grace Clinic, as well as Dave Retter, CEO of Retter & Co. | Sotheby’s International Realty, the late home builder Don Pratt and local restaurateurs Steve and Shirley Simmons.

Tri-Citian of the Year is presented annually by the Tri-Cities’ six Rotary Clubs and five Kiwanis clubs.

Anyone can nominate a candidate. The winner will be selected by a panel of 15 area residents, none of them members of either Kiwanis or Rotary.

Banquet tickets are $75 per person.
