The 24/7 accessible AED is part of the Heart Safe Richland initiative to improve the chances of survival for people who experience sudden cardiac arrest.
The life-saving device includes a GPS tracker and hands-free communication with emergency medics.
The city hopes to add more of the stations in the city.
