The existing building is just over 23,000 square feet, and an addition will be built on the south side of the facility near West Hopkins Street. The addition will come in at 22,500 square feet. It will include new warehouse space, loading docks and offices.

Jadwin apartments

Work is set to begin soon on a new apartment complex in Richland. The apartments are going in at the intersection of Jadwin Avenue and McMurray Street.

The 4-acre site will feature five buildings, with a pool and clubhouse. The existing O’Reilly Auto Parts building will remain. The complex will feature five 3-story buildings, for a total of 114 units.

Storhaug Engineering, out of Spokane, filed the paperwork.

24th Avenue

Two new office buildings are going in off of 24th Avenue in Kennewick.

The offices will be going in at a vacant lot just off of 24th, behind the Baymont by Wyndham hotel.

The first building will be comprised of four units for a total of 6,000 square feet. The second will be three units at 4,950 square feet. It’ll also be adding 45 parking spaces and the large cul de sac is proposed to be turned into a roundabout.

Benton County records show the property is owned by Robert and Staci Cheatham.
