Honoring Kennewick chief’s 44 years serving the public

Kennewick Police Chief Ken Hohenberg gave his final radio call to Tri-Cities dispatch following a ceremony celebrating the official dedication and renaming of the Kennewick Police Station building in his honor Thursday.

Chief Hohenberg has served the city of Kennewick for 44 years, including 18 years as police chief. His last day is Feb. 28.
