Early visit from Santa to Richland Wonderland

The Winter Wonderland Festival of Lights kicked off at John Dam Plaza in Richland on Friday with a countdown and visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. Hundreds gathered for the event which included free kettle corn and cocoa, food trucks and two of Santa’s reindeer. HAPO Community Credit Union sponsored the music and light show. The dancing lights show will play every evening from 5 to 10 p.m. until Jan. 2.
