Benton Franklin Fair kicks off with Kennewick grand parade
The 2021 Happy Canyon Princesses wave to the crowd as they ride through downtown Kennewick during the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo Grand Parade on Saturday morning. The fair opens Tuesday, Aug. 24 and runs through Saturday at the Benton County Fairgrounds.
