Power restored to 846 Tri-Cities homes and businesses after outage
The Benton PUD is blaming a squirrel for taking out power Sunday morning in east Kennewick.
About 846 customers lost electric service before 7:30 a.m. in the area of 19th Avenue and Gum Street.
Power was restored to homes and businesses about 9:20 a.m., according to the public utility district.
