A Trios Health executive in Kennewick will be taking over leadership of Lourdes Health in Pasco temporarily.

Rob Monical, the chief executive officer of Lourdes since April 2019, has taken another job and will leave the Pasco hospital and health care network Sept. 22.

“During his tenure, Lourdes Health has continued to be recognized as a top orthopedics hospital in the state of Washington,” said Sandy Podley, western division president for LifePoint Health, owner of Lourdes.

“And with the support of the entire staff, he saw Lourdes through the initial months of the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic,” said Podley.
