Eddie Spaghetti, a Staffordshire Terrier and honorary K9 officer with an inoperable brain tumor from the nonprofit organization Mikey’s Chance, was the grand marshal of the mini 2020 Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo parade Saturday in downtown Kennewick. The Rodeo Queen Lexy Hibbs also made an appearance at the mini event that included socially distanced food vendors and retail booths. The event was one of many items Eddie has been able to check off his bucket list.
