Fire destroys house south of Kennewick as it was being renovated
A house south of Kennewick caught on fire late Saturday afternoon as the homeowner was working on renovations.
The house was destroyed, according to Benton County Fire District 1.
It responded to the fire on 1023 PR SE off Badger Canyon Road just after 5 p.m.
The Richland and Kennewick fire departments and Benton County Fire District 4 also responded.
No injuries were reported.
