The Jubilee Foundation will be building a new $4 million headquarters in east Pasco.
The two-story headquarters for the faith-based philanthropic group will be about 30,200 square feet at 3713 E. “A” Street next to the Tierra Vida housing community, according to the building permit approved by the city of Pasco.
The foundation was created in 1995 by Ralph and Cheryl Broetje, founders of Broetje Orchards, which they sold in early 2019.
According to the permit, the new building will include about 8,500 square feet of offices, 8,100 square feet of classrooms, along with congregate living, multiple-purpose areas
Roger Bairstow, the executive director of Jubilee Foundation, told the Herald it was unclear when the foundation would be breaking ground.
He said that start of construction depends on when Franklin County enters Phase 2 of the state’s Safe Start plan, when new construction will be allowed.
